Unless
otherwise agreed and confirmed in writing, these terms and
conditions of supply, which may be amended from time to time,
will apply to all products offered for sale by THE
SELLER, his
marketing agents, brokers, subsidiaries and commercial
partners.
Goods/Products: All goods/products
offered for sale
are done so on an
EXW (Incoterms 2000) basis in the country notified through our
price list and invoice.
Unless stated otherwise in an offer, this is the basis
against which the buyer contracts his purchase.
Price
Lists/Offers:
We take every care when issuing a price list or offer to
insure that full up to date information is given with images
and specifications where possible. At times the factories
do request we change specification to up graded models. In
such instances we will advise you through the email
system. Any buyer
already having placed an order will be given the ability to
change or cancel his order without penalty. Any buyer having
placed and already paid for his order will be given the
ability to change his order or receive a full refund without
penalty. All prices quoted are net of vat.
Bid
Offers:
Offers
that are produced using our “Bid For” facility will require a
30% deposit against our pro-forma invoice if your bid is
successful. The balance must be paid on production of our
Invoice and before shipping. Should your bid be
successful then in keeping with our terms and conditions, you
are obliged to purchase, should the buyer renege at this point
then it is agreed that the lodged 30% will become non
refundable.
Shipping
Dates:
Quoted shipping dates are time frames when the goods will be
available for collection from the manufacturing unit or
storage facility.
Shipping
Charges: Unless otherwise
agreed, shipping charges are for the buyers account. We will assist the
buyer in securing the lowest possible quote if requested to do
so.
Warranty:
Unless stated otherwise in writing, all goods offered for sale
are done so exclusive of warranty.
Customer
Returns:
Goods sold as “customer returns” carry no warranty, even if
these goods are new; they are not subject to exchange or
credit. It is accepted that customer returns are goods that
may at one time have been sold and returned to the
retailer/manufacturer or they may be goods that have suffered
some form of damage or goods that are new but end of line
products.
Payment
Terms: Normal payment terms
are “payment in advance” with order and
against our invoice.
We do offer a DLC (Documentary Letter of Credit or
Commercial Credit) facility as well as PayPal and Credit
Card. Details of
all these facilities are available by writing to office@stockassetmanagement.com
Returns
Policy:
All returns will fall within the warranty sphere for any
NEW
products where a warranty has been offered by the
manufacturer, customer returns are excluded.

A pro-forma invoice will be offered against your purchase
order and a final invoice once agreed payment terms have been
met.
