Line/Clearance
When products go out of
production, manufacturers often have excess stocks that are
sold to make way for new lines. These products will normally
have a minimum of 12 months warranty and be brand new and
packaged.
Manufacturer
Graded
This Product carries a
manufacturers 12 month warranty. Products may have cosmetic
marks or damaged packaging. The items will be fully working
and will be well packaged to ensure safe delivery. The most
common reasons our products are classed as graded are because
of the following:
• Cancelled Order • Packaging
Damage • Refused Delivery • Slight Cosmetic Mark/Damage
to the item • Unwanted Item • Ex-Display All items
are fully checked by the manufacturer prior to
delivery
Graded/Reworked
This
product carries a 6 month warranty. As a graded product it may
have cosmetic marks or show signs of previous use. It is a
guarantee against electrical breakdown for a period of 6
months from date of receipt. They are sold with a return to
base warranty. These products are not sold as new and may have
cosmetic marks or damaged boxes. We feel these products offer
excellent value for money, hence the difference in price from
new. We are unable to give specific information on cosmetic
marks for each individual item |
Customer Returns
These
products have been returned by customers and are then re-sold
as ‘returns’. The reason for return could be one of the
following:
• Incorrect item delivered • Packaging
damaged • Item has cosmetic damage • Item
faulty
